general information:
my current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, but it also depends on the complexity of the piece
all progress of your commission will be visible on my trello, which you'll have a link to
the art I make for you is for personal use only, NOT commercial
if you want your commission for commercial use, tell me so in your message, but be aware this will increase the price significantly

refunds + cancellations
if you want to cancel a commission that I have started work on, your refund will match the percentage of work completed - for example, if 30% of the commission is finished, your refund will equal 70% of the original payment
i may refuse a commission at any time due to various reasons
if we have an established deadline for the work, and it passes without any progress made, a full refund will be issued

this includes 3 clothed fullbodies, 2-3 items floating next to the character
finished files will include transparent versions, as well as ones without shading
